Every item you see on our website is inspected and listed with transparency. Whether new, gently used, or unique finds, we always describe them honestly so you can shop with confidence.
We work with an independent third party to confirm the authenticity of luxury items.
Two luxury authenticators review each item’s logos, hardware, engravings, serial numbers, and tags.
Authenticated items receive a diamond badge and come with a certificate (at additional charge, learn more here). Jewelry and watches are not eligible for a certificate.

Independent sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, including the condition, defects, alterations, missing components, included accessories, and identifying details. Sellers may list only items they possess and have the legal right to sell.
Our marketplace includes new, open-box, gently used, pre-owned, and unique items. Each listing should clearly explain what the buyer will receive so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Counterfeit, replica, stolen, or falsely branded products are prohibited. Mercado Sales does not independently authenticate or guarantee every branded item unless a specific authentication service or guarantee is expressly stated in the individual listing.
